This is the third time I have used Braymore to move my grand piano and 2nd for my upright. They are absolutely the best when it comes to figuring out how to move big instruments without damaging them. I knew from the previous move into my apartment that the grand required 3 people as the only way to get it in the elevator was to tilt it and have a third person to bear the weight for the 4 floor elevator ride. There was a delay because I could not pre-book the service elevator without a specific time. Josh, Sandell & Chris were patient about this, which I appreciated. It is always a little disconcerting to see the legs removed and realize how easy it would be for the piano to be damaged by falling over, etc. But this crew always took care to think/communicate before taking any action. and they all worked together (I suspect they have done so together many times). The job turned out exactly as quoted and none of them complained about the later time they would return to Braymore since I moved about an hour and a half away. I would never consider using any other company. They are simply the best!

I was trying to save money by moving myself-I had my apartment and my new home both during August and thought this would make it easier. It was worse because it dragged out the loading/unloading process. We rented a cargo van to move the furniture and in the middle of it realized it was just too much. We needed a mover and fast because I had to be out on Aug 27. I called Two Men and a Truck on Tuesday Aug 23 and Casey was able to get us set up for Sunday Aug 27. No idea what to expect. I was still so nervous about the whole thing. Organizing what was left for them to take took two days. Terrified I would oversleep.....What an amazing surprise! John and Jared and Brandon just swept in and took care of everything! I had been so nervous and I just sat there and chatted as they did all the work. They were courteous, efficient and very friendly. They were so kind to my little dog. My landlady commented afterwards that they were so polite. I couldn't be happier about the experience and will never move myself again. I also will request these same three individuals because I cannot imagine a better crew. Thanks 2 Men & a Truck and especially, John Jared and Brandon!
