Mantis Pest Control

Hired Mantis Pest Control to deal with mouse problem in our home. Service was done satisfactorily and good communication with owner. Everything was explained to us and we were given good advice on how to avoid many other pest problems.

There were skunks living under the office and we had patrick install one way doors and wire screen to keep them out. The quote was completed and the cost was the same, even gave us 10% off the quote for first visit. Very happy.

Patrick came to do the pest control in 11/2015, after 3month, we still see the rat drops in the house, he refuse continue the treatment and said the $250 we paid only for 3 month service. He did not honor the warranty he promised which should come after the service. We will not do business with him and will not recommend him to anyone.

We moved into our new place and found mouse droppings in our living room. We immediately phoned Mantis Pest Control and they came to deal with the problem a day later. They then came back for a follow up visit to asses the treatment. We haven't had a mice problem since.

Patrick put our minds at ease when we moved into our neglected heritage home. The inspector did not catch the mice wasps nor ant infestations. Local to the neighbourhood, he showed up with his son and dusted and baited the place. No further signs of anything for two years now! Fantastic.
