The estimate was analyzed and reviewed with me.
Upon installation, the crew had the relevant information and it was exactly as what the estimate and the particulars of the job had been explained at the initial meeting.
Upon completion of the installation of the furnace- an explanation and demonstration was provided. (thermostat and filter system)
Follow up meeting and any questions re furnace was appreciated!

The service call with Terry and the new installation required with Terry and Chuck went smoothly as possible. As a former installation tech, I know they did a great job and were very professional. Also the sales consultant Toby was very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend this company.

Extremely hot holiday weekend, a house full of company and our air conditioner quit!

The technician, Terry Hamlyn, arrived when they said he would. He was polite and considerate, and obviously well experienced. He replaced the tank, removed the old one, cleaned up, made sure I knew how to operate and check it, and was gone in just over two hours.
A customer service representative is visiting tomorrow to follow-up and make sure I am satisfied, which I am fully.
