Furnace stopped in the night. Called first thing next morning and a technician was here within 3 hours. Dan Chambers was very professional and polite. He fixed the problem and discussed everything with myself and then my spouse via cell phone as he was in Ottawa. We are signing up with Service Experts maintenance plan. We look forward to working with you in the future. Thank you for getting me warm again.
