Michael came in to quote my house, gave me his quote and came in right on schedule on the agreed day to do the job. Him and his team were very professional and quick. After the job was done, he explained to me everything that they did, and I could appreciate the job was done with precision and attention to detail. Now I'm having him do my dad's house in October. I hired Gold Seal Caulking to caulk the exterior doors and windows of my house. My house is about 8 years old, and the cheap home builder caulk was cracking, some windows didn't have any caulk at all.

After reading the several flawless reviews for this company on Homestars I decided to send an email for a quote which Michael replied to promptly. He scheduled a visit to assess my property, and the following day provided a detailed and competitive quote. The 3 man crew arrived promptly and were polite and very quick at starting the preparation and work. It was over 30 degrees out and very humid, yet his team worked all the way through and did a great job at re-caulking all of the entrances, windows and vents surrounding the property. They even re-caulked around the power outlets and hose valves in the backyard : )
