Mike and his team were great during every step of my kitchen Reno in 2021. Despite having many other projects on the go, Mike made sure of the timeline during the demo and prep for my new kitchen install. Communication was always great and even though the other vendors surprised me with forced delays, Mike was able to reschedule his crew to meet the changes. From the demo to the electrical, plumbing , tile work, drywall & painting everything was done great and I would definately call Mike for my next project.

So happy with the results! We had our first floor + powder room tiles cleaned and grout re-coloured and it looks like night and day. So much dirt was lifted and the new colour looks clean and modern. Kaayla spend 3 x 8+ hour days working very hard and is very dedicated to achieving perfection in her work. You won't be disappointed if you need your floors cleaned, grout cleaned/re-coloured or need an old mangy shower brought back to sparkling condition. Thanks again Kaayla!

Two toilets in the house had the shut off valves fail and one was making a lot of noise. Called and the same day Raymond came over (he was early!) And gave a quick and detailed quote. Since he had the parts in the truck the repair was done right away and I've got peace of mind of a job well done and backed by a reputable company.

All of the reviews that I read are true - owner Robert and technician Scott arrived promptly and removed their shoes to keep all of the areas clean. They were both very fast and efficient and had all of the ducts and my dryer vent cleaned in about 90 mins. Robert took the time to explain my furnace components and concerns and replaced a very old humidifier filter and an electrical component that was rusted out and preventing the humidifier from working at all. Thanks again guys and the office staff for the great service!

After contacting Dry Shield about water leaking into my basement, Roy was prompt and quick to identify the problem - which ended up being simple enough that I didn't require his expert service. After reading the several flawless reviews for this company on Homestars I decided to send an email for a quote which Michael replied to promptly. He scheduled a visit to assess my property, and the following day provided a detailed and competitive quote. The 3 man crew arrived promptly and were polite and very quick at starting the preparation and work. It was over 30 degrees out and very humid, yet his team worked all the way through and did a great job at re-caulking all of the entrances, windows and vents surrounding the property. They even re-caulked around the power outlets and hose valves in the backyard : ) A pleasure to deal with and the quote was spot on with the final invoice. Thanks again Mike!

Charles called me to confirm the project details over the phone and provided a competitive estimate a few days before the scheduled date. Leading up to the phone call he was quick at answering my emails about prices etc. On the set day, Charles and his apprentice arrived on time to install a new electrical box on top of our master washroom sink (and later the vanity fixure), as well as a new shower pot-light with a new switch. He explained all of the steps and options that we had, and made sure we were comfortable with locations of switches and the new light fixture before proceeding. Now I can actually see my face when I shave in the morning! I also asked him to run Cat5e cable from the basement to a bedroom on the second floor which we use as a den. This task was the more time consuming of the two, but again patience and clear instructions were provided when and where any holes needed to be made in our closet and laundry room to properly run the cable down to the basement. All areas that were worked on were covered with a tarp and later vacuumed which really helped with the final clean up after they had left. I will definately call upon Charles and his team when we need future electrical work done in our home. Thanks again for the great job!!

What an amazing experience! Sam was very kind and patient answering our questions and came to our home to measure the area for the new mantel. We visited the showroom to confirm the design and colour of the pieces and two weeks later it was installed. The installer paid close attention to detail and completed the entire project on his own in about 4 hours, including clean up. He even routed a power cord and cable through the wall for the tv I have mounted on top for a clean and finished look. Sam came to inspect the finished mantel and ensured top quality. For the reasonable price the new mantel is a huge upgrade for our family room and we have already received many compliments from guests and family. Highly recommended! Next year we will consider their services for crown moulding....
