I highly recommend MR. Imran Khan for his amazing service, expertise and professional approach. He definitely knows what he is talking about and is amazing with his advice and recommendations. The team is very professional and great at what they do, definitely recommend to everyone.

Very poor Customer Service. Not only did I have a hard time to get what I was looking for, I was treated quite rudely by certain members of staff and frankly, there was probably some Contempt mixed in there as well on their part. Management seemed quite apathetic about the whole ordeal I had to go through to make a simple purchase, and overall it was an awful experience for me. Not only am I never coming back here, but I will advise others to stay away also. This place does not deserve your hard-earned money; not with the way things are currently at least. Very Disappointing!

Hardwood giant has great varieties of hardwood and prices are awesome . Anjum at the Burlington store is friendly and helpful . Thanks for the great service . Would definately recommend to others.

Purchased flooring, but changed our mind so 2 days later wanted to return back but store manager told me that i have to pay 35% fee and only company owner is able to change the policy. Manager was trying to call company's owner as per my request but owner never answered his phone. Store manager promised to call me back as soon as owner returns his call but still nothing. Will keep you posted so you can decide if you want to deal with this company
