This is a very professional landscape design and build company. Have known and worked with Mr K Evans for many years and can attest to his exceptional garden and landscape design knowledge.

The front and back yards need a major overhaul including fencing, retaining walls, driveway, trees, gardens and walkways. Land Effects design and final product created an exciting array of trees, plants, rocks and wood to transform a rather ordinary house into spectacular home. The yards appear to have been there for years with tender care taken to ensure an inviting environment for all. Land Effects work was top notch with a great attention to detail.

Professional,tidy,and timely...good design sense...we had some complicated terrain to deal with and lots of drainage issues...the staff was hard working and polite...years after a project kieth was still checking on the progress of the plantings....also let me accompany them to the nurseries to help in plant , tree, and shrub choices....overall I had a very good experience with Land Effects....

I found Keith Evans a direct, honest and creative person. He listened to what I wanted and incorporated my ideas as well as his own into his design. He was able to solve our drainage issue in a creative manner. The work was started on time and ended when promised. His men were friendly, helpful and competent, leaving the work site clean and the backyard protected each night. It was a positive experience for us and we ended up with a beautiful outdoor living space.

We have a large property of almost half an acre in North Toronto. Land Effects reworked and created new flower beds for us and then designed a new garden over the winter and then planted a new garden for us in the sping. We have many compliments from friends and neighbours about our garden all the time.
