Ali from Direct Electric did an amazing job changing my broken dining room chandelier, my main kitchen light, my deck light, and fixing multiple plugs that stopped working in my old East York home. He came the next day after I called him and arrived early and on time. Ali was extremely helpful and patient as a picked my light fixtures from the store. He even made a second trip to the store to return/replace a fixture that was faulty. He completed the whole job in one day even though it took much longer than was expected. I was very impressed with his workmanship and his professionalism and will call him again without hesitation when I need an electrician. Ali from Direct Electric installed a 240 volt outlet in my laundry room/basement and upgraded my electric panel. This was my first time using Direct Electric and I was in need of another electrician as my previous one was no longer available. Ali came the next day after I called him and did an incredibly thorough job assessing the situation and making the installation with minimal cuts to the drywall. He thoroughly explained his work, was extremely courteous and professional, and took the amount of time needed to do a complete and careful job. His work came in exactly at the estimate and he even offerred a discount at the end. I will be using Ali for all my future electrical needs and cannot praise him highly enough. We used Direct Electric to replace a light timer and repair some electrical outlets. Ali was very professional and even identified some problems with our connections of which we were unaware. We would not hesitate to recommend Direct for home electrical repairs and installations.
