part of the power was out in my house, so I called Ali for the issue. He showed up on time and worked diligently to trouble shoot the issue. Ali is very experienced professional with great attention to the safety and quality of his work. He gave us a couple of useful safety tips as well. I personally liked his stepwise method to find the issue and fix it. Certainly, recommend him.

Ali (Direct Electric c Inc) did a panel replacement , installed a few new lights and outlets for us. He is a very knowledgeable Electrician who is humble and respects his customers. He gave us a step by step explanation for everything he was doing as well as some safety advice. He showed up when he said he would, kept in touch with us through email and took his time doing his work. His price was reasonable and he even did a bit more work for us than we had expected at no extra charge. I will not hesitate to refer Ali to my neighbours, friends and family.

Needed to have a dryer outlet moved to accomodate a stacked laundry set. They came the next day. Impressed!

They did a fantastic job moving the outlet and figuring out where best to place it based on the size and shape of my laundry set. Patched up the walls nicelyt too. A+++ service!

Ali is an incredible electrician. He did extensive work on our house with amazing attention to safety and quality. He is highly experienced and I trust him and recommend his, with all electrical work, from the simplest to the most complex job.

Ali installed a new 240V outlet for electric range, new exterior outlet at the back of our house, and repaired a dodgy outlet and light switch in our garage. My husband and I are very impressed with Ali's professionalism and his knowledge. Ali is very safety conscious - on his initial visit he identified a safety issue on the exterior of our house that was the responsibility of the local hydro company, who we called on Ali's advise and hydro came out to our house the same day to investigate. Ali also offered some helpful advise regarding future work we will need done when we renovate our kitchen. Ali was very responsive - we found his company on Homestars, he was out to our house within a day of our initial call, and Ali was able to do the required electrical work that week. We will definitely be calling Ali back for future electrical work.

I found Direct Electric on Homestars. I would like to add my voice to the chorus of rave reviews! Ali is wonderful- he is responsive, dependable, knowledgeable, fair and a really nice man! I called him about electrical problems and concerns that our tenant was having in an older rental property we own. Ali did a complete assessment of the 4 storey townhouse and repaired wiring, repaired and replaced outlets and brought areas up to Code. I would absolutely use Ali for any future electrical work and highly recommend him!

The breaker powering my garage and outdoor outlet was constantly tripping, so I called Direct Electric to come check it out. Ali came the very next morning. He diagnosed the issue and finished the work within 90 minutes. Ali also gave me some other recommendations/suggestions to upgrade the electrical in my home, but in no way pressured me to do any of them. Highly recommended!
