Ali is very responsive and professional. He came by first thing the following morning to look at a switch that wasnt servicing any electrical outlets and corrected the issue. I would recommend Ali and will call him again.

Ali replied right away and arrived early the next day to give a quote and immediately began working on the kitchen ceiling wiring whose insulation had crumbled. He threaded new wires and did a neat job to make the wall repair easy. Then he tackled the 3 way stairway switches and replaced a light fixture. Next a outlet replaced and even checked my replaced outlet was done right. He was willing to stay to complete some other work but I declined and he was back early the next morning and worked on some more rewiring and light switches. His work is neat and careful. I know I will be a return customer if I ever an electrician.

Had a ceiling light fixture which I had a handyman put up in my new condo building. It kept tripping the breaker when it was switched on. Had an electrician come in and advised it was the buildings wiring. After weeks of going back and forth with the electrician I called Ali who promptly made arrangements to come quickly. He came on time, diagnosed, re wired correctly, checked and cleaned up. Id definitely use Ali for my future projects.

Hired Direct Electric Inc. to assist us with new plugs and wiring installation for our kitchen renovation and new outside wall outlets. He took out all old wiring and was very responsive throughout the project.

Ali did an excellent job on all fronts. He ensured that all wiring is installed according to code and SAFETY is his number one priority.
Each wall outlet has it's own dedicated circuit, which we did not have prior to Ali redoing the circuits.
Ali also was able to re-route range hood wiring which we thought we would have to cut a channel in our new quartz wall to insert the electrical wiring so the hood can sit flush with the wall.
It was a huge relief when Ali was able to route the wiring to come down from the ceiling bulkhead instead of the quartz wall.

If you're looking for any electrical work to be done, small or large, Direct Electrical Inc, is definitely the way to go. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will definitely use them again. I told Ali, he is my new electrician for any new electrical work that needs to be done in my home.
Btw, their rates are affordable and worth every penny.

Ali responded immediately to our online request and was able to come out to the house to help the very next day. Our problems were small, but numerous and fussy, and Ali fixed them all over two days. He constantly stayed in touch and was prompt to arrive at the promised time. While on the job he took the time to explain what was at issue and what needed, and didn't need, to be done. We will definitely be asking him to help us again with any electrical problems, small or large.

Ali made my basement much safer and much more organized than I imagined it could be before the work began. I Had some issues with old knob and tube, open junction boxes, and random split/ exposed wires throughout my basement. It was a dangerous mess.

He was very efficient and methodical once he started on it and after seeing the work I honestly felt pretty lucky to have happened upon him on google. It was clearly the work of a very intelligent person.

Ali was prompt, courteous and knwledgable. Installed new dimmer switches quickly. Trouble shot two other problems and dealt with them. provided good advice on other electrical issues. Highly recommend.

Part 1: Ali changed over our old electrical panel for a new one and has tidied up the lines all around it. He has been incredibly organized, punctual and easy to work with. I very much appreciate the time he took to explain everything and discuss potential alternatives.
Alis cost for the job was fair and I could overhear the city inspector admiring his work.

Part 2: Ali replaced some old knob and tube wiring on the second floor for us, as well as evaluating the remaining wiring. He changed over some outlets and installed a couple of new ones where they were badly needed. Ali explained his findings at each step, and spent the time to discuss alternatives when there were any.

Ali ran three new electrical lines from the box to the second and third floors with minimal damage to walls, even though the house did not make it easy for him!

I would highly recommend Ali and he will be my first call next time I need an electrical professional.
