Love Your Rug Cleaning Toronto

Love your rug lost our beautiful gorgeous expensive carpet. Shortly after (after calling to find out where it was for several weeks) I was told our rug was gone.During this time I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Although I was very ill I called several times and tried to explain that my mother had dementia and was having trouble recognizing our living room without our carpet. Jim from love your rug offered to replace the carpet with one that was smaller different colours- a variety of reasons. My mother talked to them and he told her he was going to do something special and clean the floor and replace with something better.shortly after this my mother died. I contacted love your rug and Jim told me he found a beautiful high quality carpet with neutral colours I was delighted. The new used carpet came - it smelt was of a very low quality and it was stained. Every time I vacuum the entire canister fills with pile from this low quality rug. I have sent 3 emails and no reply.
I will now have to go to small claims court . Thanks love your rug.(read sarcasm). I’m not sure if I paid for them to lose my carpet
Update talked to the owner he was very concerned is picking up carpet and he will rectify situation will keep you all posted!
