Love your rug lost our beautiful gorgeous expensive carpet. Update talked to the owner he was very concerned is picking up carpet and he will rectify situation will keep you all posted! The owner of the company has reached out many times and is quite concerned. He has offered to compensate me or to replace the carpet. It is rare for a company owner to be this concerned . Although I wasn’t happy they have done a lot to make amends.

Ray was unbelievable! He arrived on time and was so kind despite my house being a bit of a mess- he was courteous and did not make me feel bad(I have recently had breast cancer and cleaning def fell to the wayside). He did a fantastic job my whole house smells better and feels so much cleaner! I was quoted higher and Ray told me the cost was actually lower!! who does that?! Im telling you this is the guy you want. He cleaned my furnace and dryer- great great service I highly highly recommend- so hard to find an honest company these days - so refreshing!
