Aida is honest and reliable. I was on a tight schedule and had a very short window of opportunity to clean the upstairs apartment before the new tenants were to move in. Aida was very professional in trying to accommodate me. Aida really understood my standard of 'clean' and is really committed to pleasing her clients. On the scheduled day she was super punctual: asking if it was ok to come earlier to ensure they'd have enough time to do a thorough job.
Yes, they did a thorough job. The ladies were lovely, pleasant, and helpful. I admire how Aida runs her business: serious, reliable, good quality, good customer service, good quality employees and she treats them well : )
