Every year before the holiday's I give my ex-husband's apartment a very deep clean before. He's disabled and while the support workers do the best they can, eventually the apartment needs a very thorough job top to bottom to feel nice & cosy. This year I was sick and couldn't go so I called Aida Sara who I have worked with before and have come to trust completely. Aida Sara is lovely to work with. She is reliable, honest, fair, and above all... KIND. I know she put the extra care in my ex-husband's apartment just as I would have done had I been up to it... and that is saying a lot because when it comes to cleaning, I'm very demanding. Aida Sara is considerate and provides a very special service. She cares about her work, she cares about her workers and she cares about her clients. And her workers are the same... They are LOVELY. I HIGHLY recommend.

Aida is honest and reliable. I was on a tight schedule and had a very short window of opportunity to clean the upstairs apartment before the new tenants were to move in. Aida was very professional in trying to accommodate me. Aida really understood my standard of 'clean' and is really committed to pleasing her clients. On the scheduled day she was super punctual: asking if it was ok to come earlier to ensure they'd have enough time to do a thorough job. Yes, they did a thorough job. The ladies were lovely, pleasant, and helpful. I admire how Aida runs her business: serious, reliable, good quality, good customer service, good quality employees and she treats them well : ) .
