During my first visit at First Class Flooring Max Markh did an excellent job in educating me about the types of flooring. He's very knowledgeable and friendly. The installation was done within a short period of time which was organized by Joan Prado who I thank for her amazing customer service and being very helpful throughout the process. I'd like to thank Danny for his prompt & professional installation service and pleasant attitude. Overall, the staff was super friendly when I had questions. Thanks again!

They did an excellent job. They showed up on time and finished on schedule with no surprises or problems. They provided a reasonable estimate after a site visit and stuck to that price.

They refinish our hardwood floor in the bedrooms and living room . They did such a good job is looks so modern. We not even recognized the floors

The floors look great. The estimate was done quickly after contacting First Class and job started right away. No deposit was required. The finisher was concientious and professional. His workmanship was exemplary. Received a call from their office afterwards checking if we were pleased with the finished product which of course we were. I highly recommend First Class for floor refinishing and would certainly use them for any future projects.

Great staff, extremely helpful and informative. No pressure sales, easy to sign out flooring samples, no deposit! Nice to have consumer trust. The owner Ralph is great, very personable. and extremely knowledgeable. He has clearly been in the hardwood business for many years.
Now that I am doing another room, I will definitely purchase my hardwood from First Class Flooring and strongly recommend them for your flooring needs.

The installers worked hard, were very neat and did an excellent job of blending the various hues of the boards. First Class has a friendly, helpful office staff to advise you on wood choice. I was so pleased, I recently recommended them to a friend who has a big job.
