A few weeks ago myself and my daughter moved to Toronto using Troy Moving. The guys at delivery came within the window I was told, and called half an hour before they arrived (which was great). The arrival was between 7-10 days, but there was a delay with the holiday so it came on about day 12. That’s ok though, the people at the office called me well in advance so I could make arrangements to stay with my friend a little longer.
When the delivery guys came they were very nice to me and to my daughter.
Upon unpacking I noticed that her bed frame was missing and that my dresser had a chunk out of the trim, after the initial upset I called the office, and sure enough her bedframe was there, they dropped it off the next day.
With the dresser they sent me a damage form which I sent back right away, within 2 weeks I got a response from the claims department and they offered to cover a portion of the repair cost of the dresser. Considering I didn’t have any special insurance I really appreciate the effort made and the speediness of the response to my concerns.
Every move has it’s hiccups, but I truly feel that Troy cares about the customer and would recommend them to anyone
