Just One Reno

Jason renovated my ensuite bathroom. He installed a new shower, put down granite flooring and granite counter top. When it came to designing the bathroom, Jason demonstrated to be very creative. He's design was well thought and used the bathroom space efficiently with very minimal wasted space.

I would most definetely used Jason's services again in the future if any more renovation were to be done. I will also refer his services to anyone who is looking to have a well completed job. Jason is not like most contractors where everything needs to be completed asap, he takes his time and completes the job properly.

Hired Jason from a friends referral. Had Jason build a very nice wood fence around the pool. He was professional, friendly, and took pride in his work. Always unsure what to look for in a contractor this is why I love the Homestars website. Thanks. William in the Scarborough Bluffs.

I had some water problems in my basement, wasn’t sure where it was coming from. I knew Jay was the owner of the company, and was actually very pleased once he told me that he would be present through all stages of the project, even to supervise the services being subcontracted.

I only have a small/tight entrance to the yard, but Jay got the right excavating machine so we didn’t have to remove any sections of fence.

Once the excavation was complete, sealing of the foundation cracks, waterproofing of the foundation wall (liquid rubber spray) and the dimple wrap took only about an hour, very impressive. I also watched over the project, and was glad to see that several passes of the liquid rubber were made, not just once or twice.

Unfortunately I had other underlying issues, and had to install a sump pump as well. This was done quickly, and Jay took the liberty to repour my entire concrete floor instead of just the pump and piping area since my floor was in poor condition. I still owe you a few home cooked meals to repay you for the floor Jay! Thank you so much.

I hired Jay in 2010 to landscape my back yard. I had lots of bumps, bare patches, old vines & the lilys had spread everywhere!

Jay did a great job at restoring my lawn, raising & levelling it, plus he removed the hundreds of overgrown overspread lilys and replaced it with beautiful large, medium and small shrub & flower arrangements.

He has a great eye when it comes to levelling and placement of arrangement. I did mention to him that it looked a little bare here and there, but he told me to wait until the following year for each item to grow in. I did wait and he was right, this year everything has grown as if on Miracle Grow, it looks great!!

My only downfall is that he doesn't do much work in Montreal since he mentioned he's only in town for a few projects per year, since he's from Toronto area.
