Rob was great! He was punctual, even arrived at the house before us and had already started checking the roof. He was friendly and professional. He very detailed and checked things that I didn't even think of and his report was just as detailed along with pictures, what needed to be repaired immediately and minor things that were wrong. He was also very accommodating because I had to change the date and time of the inspection. I would highly recommend this company to any buying a home.

I had some water problems in my basement, wasn’t sure where it was coming from. I knew Jay was the owner of the company, and was actually very pleased once he told me that he would be present through all stages of the project, even to supervise the services being subcontracted. I only have a small/tight entrance to the yard, but Jay got the right excavating machine so we didn’t have to remove any sections of fence. Once the excavation was complete, sealing of the foundation cracks, waterproofing of the foundation wall (liquid rubber spray) and the dimple wrap took only about an hour, very impressive. I also watched over the project, and was glad to see that several passes of the liquid rubber were made, not just once or twice. Unfortunately I had other underlying issues, and had to install a sump pump as well. This was done quickly, and Jay took the liberty to repour my entire concrete floor instead of just the pump and piping area since my floor was in poor condition. I still owe you a few home cooked meals to repay you for the floor Jay! Thank you so much.
