K & I Carpet Cleaning Service Inc. No Longer In Business

I absolutely love this company. Kosta has cleaned my carpets in 3 different houses of mine 7 times and I am incredibly picky. Great, deep clean with fast drying time and that was even with 1/2 inch shag. He's diligent, hard working and super sweet with a very reasonable cost. Thanks, Kosta!

Terrible service. They barely scratch the surface when it comes to carpet cleaning and they over charge you saying they ve removed stains for you which was NOT TRUE in my case. Kosta showed up a little late was rushing at my place in an effort to get done and leave to his next job. He barely put in the minimum effort in cleaning my carpet and did not even try to remove any stains, but then overcharged me saying that he s removed stains ....it was very clear that he just wanted an extra 30 dollars for himself. my carpet still dirty and I do not recommend them to any one!!!

Well I got Mr. Konstantine to clean my carpets in a 2 bedroom apt. On his website the size of my apt was quoted as 120 which is pretty good deal. I then call him and asked about the quote and he said that my place would cost around the same except for a 20 surplus fee because I live on the third floor and their is no elevators in my building. I was like sure not a problem. He came in finished the work in maybe 20 mints and then collected his fee. I obviously thought that 140 was total, but then he threw in taxes and did not have change so I ended up paying him 160. I didn't pay close attention to the work since I was busy with cleaning the place and was going to hand it over to Moregaurd the day after. The company came in and checked the carpets and told me its not clean and to my surprise it was not. their was bits of lint in some of the rooms which should have been short work for a carpet cleaning. By the end of this I had to pay the rental company more money just to clean the place properly. The owner is a nice guy, but if your not going to clean a place properly the attitude hardly helps.

Had carpets cleaned of the house we were moving into. They were very pleasant, professional. There were no hidden or extra costs. The previous owners had cats, so there was still quite a bit of cat hair, AFTER the cleaning. But it was better after the carpets dried and I vacuumed.
