I found this company via google, submitted a quote request online, and got a prompt call back from Mike Long. We arranged for a time for Mike to come by to look at our house and quote on the instalation of a secondairy ductless AC unit.
Mike arrived right on time, was very knowledgable and polite, quoted the job (including a cleaning of our existing main AC unit in the quote), and left us to think about it. We called him the next day and said we'd like to proceed. He scheduled his install, who also arrived right on time and were polite and knowledgable. We paid them via cheque, they left and all was well.
However, ever since then, I've been trying to schedule the our AC cleaning that Mike promised us. Mike did make one appointment for cleaning, but his technicians didn't show up.
Since then, it seems no one answers the phone at this company. I have Mike's cell, plus three phone numbers (East, West and Central) for Dr. Comfort. I've called them many times over the past two weeks and no one ever answers - I'm beginning to wonder if I'm being screened out.
What worries me is that if I need to make a warranty claim, who will I call?
I was going to leave these guys a 10/10 review until they stopped answering their phones. A bit fishy...
