My husband and I have a new baby and new house for us but we had no AirCon which we are used to having in our old Condo. Neither of us have had radiators before so we werent exactly sure on how to cool the house without ductwork. Our nieghbours answered our question by telling us about "ductless" AC of which they had two, one for upstairs and one in the kitchen as well. We called the company that did the install work for them a few summers ago and Matt came out for a sales appointment on the weekend. We had one other quote from another company but we liked what Matt had to say and his ability to answer all of our questions during his presentation. After checking the BBB Dr. Comfort has an A rating and no complaints so I decided to give Matt the job. We decided on Fujitsu because of the 10 year warranty and that Matt said the install team likes working with them and would do a very neat job in our upper landing and closets. The job went very well and the indoor AC does not look as bad as I thought it would on the wall but at least we have cold air ready now! Matt was there to introduce me to the crew in the morning and checked back on the job once later to see if the drain hose was run to the side garden like we had asked for, I thought that was a nice touch. We paid by credit card so I didnt have to go to the bank over and over like I had to do for the painters. Matt asked if we were willing to write a review for the company if we were happy with the service and we were so .... I do recommend this company.
