Aaron and his team were phenomenal from the outset. They were incredibly thorough in assessing the job, providing suggestions, and ensuring that we were getting the most bang for our buck. The team were in and out in a day, despite running into several issues with rotting wood, and the roof looks fantastic. On top of this, the property was impeccably cleaned afterwards and it was as if no one had been here. Would (and will) recommend these guys to anyone.

The shingles on our roof were in desperate need of repair. We contacted several roofing companies and were overwhelmed by the wide range of quotes and sometimes impersonal approach and sales tactics. Even before we decided who we would have repair our roof, Tom treated us like we were his most important customer and made it his mission to ensure we were happy. We chose CityWide not just because of their very competitive price, but the fact Tom spent time to understand our needs and not oversell a product or solution we didn't need. On the day of the job, the crew showed up right on time and were some of the nicest people we ever had working on our home. They did a fantastic job, repaired a few cracks in our chimney at no additional cost, and meticulously cleaned up the debris. Aaron and the team did an excellent job, at a very reasonable price. I found his crew to be professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. The entire job was done in a day. At the end of the job, both the site foreman and Aaron performed a final quality check of the work - Like I said, very professional!

I have an older roof with a leak that has been popping up during driving rain falls. I called City Wide roofing and Aaron the owner came and did his best to fix the roof leak. It was good for a few months but the leak seems to be a bigger problem than what we anticipated. Aaron did warn us before the repair was done that the leak may come back and if it did he was willing to provide a full refund. When we called Aaron over the weekend advising him that the leak came back he promised to come by the very next day to provide options for the repair and also a full refund for the initial repair. Aaron is a gentleman and stuck to his work. He showed up the very next day, first gave us back the money from the initial repair and then provided options with no pressure at all. He is a person who holds true to his word and I have no issue giving him the job or sending him referrals.

Needed my shingles stripped and replaced with new and was observing a City Wide Roofing Crew doing a neighbours across the road. I approached them for an estimate and the owner Aaron came over soon after and provided the estimate and explained all that needed to be done. I was impressed with the work and hired him to do the job. The job was done on time and the crew were very customer focused. A couple of them expressed their opinion that they are very happy working for Aaron and he treats them great. Happy crew, good work gets done. Aaron even offered to move one of my vents from the front slope to the side for cosmetic improvement without me even asking. He came by after the job was complete and inspecting the work, made sure I was totally satisfied and had no concerns. Have since recommended to my dad and another neighbor who both have also had theirs done and are extremely satisfied with the end result. Cheers to City Wide Roofing!!!!

The hottest day of the summer the crew started at 9 am and finished at 915pm. The gardens were so clean, not a nail anywhere. Any tiny bits
that I did find, I found 2 days later. The crew were polite, and worked non stop to complete the job. Tom, the man who came to do estimate was polite and followed up regularly trying to arrange start date. Road paving, thunder storms huge issue's. This company is right up there at the top with quality
of work, and leaving the site in pristine condition. 10 * 's for this company and crew.

I had water coming through my roof into my 1 year old's room and bathroom. it was awful! I called City Wide roofing and spoke to Tom. He came over with his crew and assessed the situation. He was thorough, professional, listened to my concerns and understood my needs. He explained what needed to be done in detail and provided me with multiple solutions. I had this company do my roof 24 years ago. It was still waterproof and in reasonably good condition. I wanted to re-do my roof before any issues arose.
I contacted the company and Aaron came over to give me a quote. Has was always, punctual, professional and polite.
The quote was professionally prepared and explained to me. I accepted and booked a date. A large crew arrived ready to do the work as arranged. The crew was polite and respectful of my property as well as that of my adjoining neighbours.
The work was completed in the estimated time frame even though it required the crew working overtime. They made sure that the roof was watertight when it had to be left overnight and continued the next day.
The job was done with a minimum of disruption to me and the site was kept clean as the work progressed. The property was well cleaned with a thorough final clean up.
The price on the estimate was honoured even though the job was a little more complicated than initially anticipated.

I would use them again and recommend them to all friends and family.

A large crew showed up right on time. They were friendly and polite. The team worked really hard (all day) installing my new roof. Clean up was very thorough and I'm happy with the work done.
