We had to continually chase them, initially to get quote, as the estimator originally cancelled our appointment and never re-booked it, to have them begin the job, as they were a month late in starting, and to have them finish. I actually had to call them to come and finish. The office thought they were done until I told them they weren't, and they had to send someone to finish our job. They were only prompt and efficient at collecting their money.
