Stewart Roofing had the best rates and availability for our semidetached homes and offered a discount for my neighbor and I. Our consultation regarding the type of architectural shingle product and vents was easy. The roof was completed in 2 days, August 2021 as promised in our agreement. The crew was professional and kept the area clean. It all went like clockwork. Later they sent someone to fully inspect the installation for us, and we were completely satisfied. Their staff is friendly and available to answer all our questions about the roofing product since it was different from the tab roofing we had used in 2006. We received our warantee documents in email. I can recommend them highly!

Had a leak in my garage roof from wind driven rain and a vent that needed to be removed and shingled. Mike and crew did a great job. Removed the siding found and patched the leak as well as remove a troublesome vent. Inspected the exterior of the house and made a slight adjustment to some loose siding on the back of the house at no cost. Would recommend.

2019 hired this company to install our new roof. Noticed issues right away. Notified them and they advised it would resolve itself. Now, less than 1.5 years later they refuse to correct the issue they advised would resolve itself. They expect us to pay another $1,500.00 to fix a problem that should have been addressed in the first place. They also left us with rusted flashing they should have advised in 2019 us to replace. Terrible service.
