A Granito World

I am so happy with my new quartz countertops, backsplash and sinks that were installed last week in my kitchen, bathroom and ensuite. The job was done quickly and professionally. Vik is wonderful to deal with and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work done. The crew were very professional and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend A Granito World. Vik recently installed a fantastic quartz countertop in our kitchen and its looks amazing. He gave us great advice on colour, fit and style, especially helpful as we wanted an extra long breakfast bar fitted. He gave us great advice on how to ensure it was secure and would last. Our experience with getting out kitchen counter tops and sink and faucet done from A Granito World to be a great experience. They were helpful in helping us decide what would go well with our cabinets, and were extremely prompt in getting the kitchen ready within a day!

Vic deserves the 5-star rating clients award him. Previously, I had visited three countertop suppliers within 15 minutes of my house with mixed results. I decided to make the 30 minute drive to Mississauga. It was well worth it. Courtesy, adequate display of samples and very competitive pricing. I was given a three-hour window for installation. Crew arrived, clean, efficient workers. Plumber arrived three hours later. I highly recommend having Vic's plumber install taps, etc. Overall an excellent experience.

I am thrilled with my new kitchen countertops and backsplash, all done in beautiful white quartz. I have hired Vic twice before to do my countertops and would not think of going anywhere else. So, when I moved this summer and has my entire kitchen renovated, he came through with quality products, excellent service, and outstanding installers. His service and prices are second to none. He delivers on his promise and always maintains customer satisfaction as his priority. He stayed with my project from start to finish, and even supervised the installation and plumbing (undermount sink with connections) himself. When the first plumber did not complete the job as expected, he paid out of pocket to have it re-done by an efficient plumber. My kitchen contractors were impressed by his service and professionalism and will definitely recommend him to their future clients. I will definitely use Vic's services again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for kitchen or bath countertops.

Vikas and his team recently (Oct 2016) changed the bathroom vanities in two of our washrooms and the powder room, as well as the kitchen counter-top. I had shortlisted 5 contractors from HomeStars and asked them for quotes, of which A Granito World was one. I selected A Granito World as they had a good range of options, offered competitive pricing, and seemed very accommodating and flexible.

I own multiple properties in Canada/US and routinely deal with contractors, and so have worked with many good residential contractors. However, my experience with A Granito World surpassed all others. Vikas and his team are EXCELLENT! They are extremely professional, understanding, accommodating, and go over and beyond.

We had quartz countertops installed in our kitchen by Vik and his team. The installers were great and Vik went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied. The job was done quickly and most importantly, the finished product looks absolutely fantastic.

We hired Vik for a full kitchen renovation (counters + floor), so I'll break this review into the two components:
Counters: They did an excellent job of the counters, and we were happy with the installers/support. Vik and his team are certainly capable of doing a good job with counters.

Floor: Working with Vik to have some issues with the floor resolved, so that it satisfies our requirements.
