A Granito World

We recently hired Vik At A Granito to finish our new kitchen with Quartz countertops.

To be honest, we were looking for the best price, but we also needed a short turn around on installation. As a comparison, the big box stores were offering the same counter installed at $59/sq ft, and indicated to us that it would be 6 weeks before we had our counters. Vik and his team charged us $45/sq ft, and were able to complete the job in under 2 weeks.

Additionally, vik and his team were extremely reliable, polite, and ensured we were always kept in the loop on the status of the project.

Over the past year we have built a whole house, and these guys were some of the best contractors that we worked with. Highly recommended!

Vikas and his team did a great job with our kitchen renovation (quartz counter top, back splash, sink). Our kitchen was old and this renovation gave it a nice modern look. This is the second kitchen renovation we have done with him, first one in the basement, and we continue to remain very impressed with the quality of material used and workmanship.

This is my second kitchen with AGW. The service is professional; their prices are very competitive and the selection they have access to is huge; you will definitely find what you are looking for.

The installers do not leave a mess; and I got the granite counter-top installed in less than 2 weeks.

I found Vik right here where you reading!! He is very patience, fair has great ideas and everything was done on time. His crew was in and out and cleaned up quickly. We had new granite counters installed, a new sink which was purchased through Vik and we also purchased backsplash separately to install. I would 100% recommend him. Look no further. I am VERY particular who I hire. Give him a call and you will be very happy with your finished project.

Our experience with Vik and his team has been nothing short of incredible. We had to replace our kitchen counters and put in a backsplash, but we had no idea what to select. Vik stayed connected with us throughout the selection process, gave us excellent advice and helped us pick out the best materials for our price range. The team that came in to install the countertop and backsplash was incredibly professional and efficient. A plumber was also arranged to help fit in the sink and faucet. There was a slight hiccup where we had a minor leak underneath the sink following installation... but as soon as we notified Vik, he was on it. The plumber was arranged to come back, he was very committed to getting the job done, and he fixed the issue the same day.
Overall, everything from A-Z was taken care of with excellence, and we are incredibly satisfied with the end product. Thanks guys!

This is only my 2nd entry to Homestars, and feel the need to write this having received top class customer service from Vikas at Granito World.
In context, I have a high end executive townhome, and expect to maintain a high quality of finishes. Granito World supplied and installed 3 vanity counter tops in our three washrooms in March/April 2016.
Vikas was always patient, courteous, engaged, and smart at finding innovative solutions when difficulties (eg. uneven walls) arose, showed genuine interest in, and flexibility towards our needs, delivered on time (3x vanities at different points in time through the contract) even though the installation dates shifted a few times, and to cap it all, his price was fair when compared to 3 other companies.
The results were a smooth, efficient, caring process, and a quality end product.
I would happily use them again.
