He arrived exactly in time and was able to walkthrough for the entire house inside and outside thoroughly. It took him around 2.5 hours and a week after he was able to send the report, but he sent the photos the next day.

Manjur has done two inspections for us. He shows-up fully-equipped on-site and provides details while he is inspecting. You will also have a photo archive and a report shortly after the inspection is done. In my case, he did the inspection around 6 6PM and I had the report and the photo archive before 9 PM.
