Can not recommend Manjur’s home inspection service enough. This was our second inspection that we have used him for and we are so grateful for the extremely thorough and detailed guidance he gave us. Our first inspection was for our first home purchase 2 years ago - a condo - and he really gave us peace of mind with our purchase. The second inspection was for a potential next home and we are so happy we invested in this service as Manjur saved us around $100k in repairs that weren’t evident to the untrained eye had we purchased what we thought would have been a dream home. Manjur did an excellent job at noticing issues at the house during the one year inspection. He explains in detail about each issues he finds when required. His report is in detail and the pictures for issues are clear. Thermal imaging was also done to examine any heat losses around the windows and doors in the house. I strongly recommend Reliable home inspection for 30day and 1year home inspections.
