Manjur did a thorough, professional job of inspecting a home my wife and I were about to purchase. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone. Manjur carried out an inspection of the house I recently bought. He took pictures of literally everything, checked the insulations and possible leaks using a hi-tech infrared camera, recorded everything in meticulous detail, and explained things to me clearly. In short, he presented, as full as possible, a picture of the condition of the home. The best thing about his inspection was the tips he gave me on maintaining the house properly and consuming energy efficiently. He did all these for a very reasonable service fee.

Manjur did an excellent job inspecting the home I was about to purchase. He found several issues that only a professional would have caught and I was able to ask the seller to fix them before I agreed to purchase the home. Getting these issues fixed at the sellers expense more than covered his fee. He uses a thermal imaging camera to find heat loss problems which other inspectors do not necessarily have. This service is included in his fee. He also provides a detailed binder of the home inspection and pictures of the areas that need to be fixed. I highly recommend him to inspect your home or any home you are planning to buy.
