Vancouver Glass

Over a period of about 3 years I used Vancouver glass for 3 separate projects. I was thrilled with each of them. First, a custom glass top for a dining room table - I was looking for the clearest quality glass so I got the rating of the glass I wanted and went looking for product and quote. From enquiry to telephone service, to quote and measure, to install, staff were courteous and professional. With that, a couple of years later I called for a quote on a glass pony wall. I described the hardware I wanted to the guys who came out to do the quote, they got me exactly what I wanted, and again delivered and installed with courtesy and professionalism. The last project was for a shower stall, again I got exactly what I asked for, including the hardware, the delivery and service was again excellent. Prices were as quoted, and excellent value for quality. I would note that a neighbour liked what I did with the pony wall so much that she had it done, except she used her own glass company. The run around she got, the terrible hardware they insisted she use, as well as insisting on drilling though her hardwood floor (which damaged her dryer electrical below...- it was so different then the seamless design and quality I got from Vancouver glass. We were having difficulty finding someone to rebuild our skylights and called Vancouver Glass who have a lot of experience with our type of skylight. They gave us a quote and stuck to it. They were professional and courteous. They didn't leave a mess. So far the skylights are working fine and we've gone through several heavy rainfalls.
