Very easy to set up with Glory. Communication was clear and when Cru was running late, he let me know. Cru gave overview of the work to be done, and showed me the accumulated debris in the eavestroughs.

Cru and his team were efficient and got the job done. I'm definitely using Glassworks again and recommend them to anyone needing a cleaning of eavestroughs.

Peter and Navid came the day after I requested service, and arrived 40 minutes early (!). They are kind, polite, and professional men who worked diligently and assured me that my tilting shower glass panels and door could and would be fixed, with proper silicone to adhere the panels rather than the two-sided tape used when installed. They also replaced my hinges at a very low price, hinges included, and threw in a new sweeper for my other shower door. I would not hesitate to hire them.

The job turned out to be a little bigger when he arrived and investigated, he provided a new quote, and we scheduled a new day for him to come with the required hardware. The quote was again reasonable and did not feel like he was trying to fleece me.

The next time Peter arrived the entire issue was resolved and I can report that the door has been perfect for the last 3 weeks since the fix.

I hired Glassworks Pro to install our shower doors and stair railings. I appreciate the communication with them. Our railing schedule changed a few times due to our painting work near the stairs, and they had to came to work one extra day to install the last few pieces after our painting work was finished. Glassworks Pro did really a good job! I called 3 different companies for quotation and theirs was not the lowest. But the communication with them was really impressive. Peter and Navid are professional and give me many advice on the railing designs when they came for measurement. They listen to us and understand our needs!
