Excellent customer service from start to finish. Very clean work plus excellent housekeeping. Pricing was fair for quality workmanship and parts. Made sure work was done correctly and venting was to code unlike other quotes that did not include these important extras. Greatly appreciated their work and highly recommend their services to anyone!

Ross and Brendan installed our XC-17. They were prompt, polite, considerate of my requests, and volunteered solutions to minor issues that arose. They worked quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with their service and would not hesitate to recommend them to other customers.

Yesterday I had an AC unit installed. Ross and Brendan were on time, friendly, professional and efficient. The install went great with no complaints by me whatsoever. I bought a new furnace a year ago and Ross with Tyler installed that as well. I am very happy with both units and all the friendly competent service I have received. It makes one feel that their choices made were the correct ones.

Had Chris out for a quote on Thursday. Was able to fit install in today. Chris & Phil came out and did a great job. Very nice work and I'm fussy! Highly recommend these folks!! Second time I've used Reliance and couldn't be happier.

Great Service! Chris came and did my quote and I was very impressed with his knowledge and his helpfulness. Aaron H and J.S came to install my unit and I was also very impressed with their knowledge and helpfulness. It was also an added bonus that they were on time, call me ahead of time to let me know when they were coming and I needed a new part for my furnace, which they arranged for the following day. Very impressed overall!
