I found Five Star Rug cleaning based on their great customer reviews and feedbacks on homestars web site. Bob send couple of his ery good technicians, they picked and dropped off my area rug for FREE in 5 days plus FREE Deodrizing. The cleaning result was excellent and it was really beyond my expectations. I would like to suggest their very nice , what I call luxury rug cleaning services to others. Keep up the great work. Moe came to our home for taking care of our 3 Rugs which needed to be cleaned and repaired . I filled out the service inquiry through their website in homestars site, they responded promptly and book for next day. IThey also charged me my Third rug for half price plus free pick up and delivery for all. They also got me 3 underpaths for my rugs that work great, no more slipping around on my hardwood floor, I was very impressed with their great customer services from begining to end, they went above and beyond being nice and caring. I would like to share my very positive and great experience with Five Star Rug and Carpet Cleaning with others. Please keep with the great quality services which is hard to find these days. Five Star Rug & Carpet Cleaning cleaned my basement carpet as well as carpeting on stairs. There were a number of stains that we needed removed prior to selling our home. They did a great job and worked on the weekend, which is sometimes rare in Toronto.

I had Bob come to clean my carpets (stairs and basement) - he was punctual and knowledgeable. I had a baby napping while he was over and he worked around the baby's schedule taking care to not be too noisy while the baby was napping. He was very clean and took care not to dirty the rest of my house. He did state that the carpets would dry within 4-6 hours, however, it took a full 24 hours for the carpets to dry.

My family room was very dirty with lots of stains plus our living room & dinning room with high traffic areas and needed cleaning big time. I found Five Star Cleaning through Homestars. They took out all the stains and made my carpet very clean and fresh with a very fair cost . They had Very professional service and friendly. They use naturally green products which I was so concern because of my young kids and a pet. I recommend to everyone who is looking for quality green cleaning professional services. I would like to thank Bob and his helper for doing such a excellent job in cleaning our very delicated, silk persian RUGS. They needed cleaning for long time, but I just couldn't trust anyone! after some researching in internet, I found this Five Star Rug Cleaning company, with their great reviews on homestars, I decided to call them. I am so happy with the very services I got, my RUGS became clean as new, with no changes to coloure... I strongly suggest theirefficient, fair prices and great customer services to anyone. Five Star Rug Cleaning did an amazing and very impressive job in cleaning my rugs. I have a collection of very fine and delicate rugs that I dearly love. One of my co-worker recommend the Five Star Rug cleaning to me. They did an excellent job in cleaning our rugs and getting rid off all the stains, like brand new one. I could not believe my eyes when they return the rugs after cleaning . Although Bob said stain removal is no 100% gauranteed. The pick up and delivery was free. I will l be using their services on yearly bases. I happily and strongly recommend them to others. Thank you Bob and helper for doing such a great job.
