Thank you very much Christopher for taking time and writing review on carpet cleaning services. Per our company policy, we do not garantee %100 the stain removal based on the nature and properties of some stains??!!! sometimes, the stain dies into carpet and only way to rid off it, is to cut that part of carpet and put another piece of carpet there to save your carpet too. I hope this clarifys it. There must have been mis understanding. Our technician will do say and try their best to get rid off all the stains. Thank you for your feedback and understanding.
