Imperial Roofs

My dealings with Imperial Roofing were excellent. Always available by phone, answered all my questions, explained every step of the way and were receptive to my comments on alternatives and competitors. The work done was as explained and the clean up was perfect. The cost was less than some of their competitors which made me think twice but I know I made the right decision, as my last roof was poorly done, cost more and didn't last close to the time expected. I think my new roof looks amazing and am 100% pleased with the job Imperial Roofing did. I would not hesitate to recommend this company if you are looking for roofing.

Imperial re-roofed my parents house in Nov 2011. Very competitive pricing, but most important was the quality service right from the start to the finish. Quote, installation, and follow up. Having researched quality materials and installation methods, I was pleasantly surprised when George explained the same even before I asked. We won't be needing another roof for quite a while, so the only ones to benefit from this posting are those that want to deal with reputable people at a reputable company.

We were extremely pleased with the quality of work provided by Imperial Roofs. We obtained 5 other estimates, Imperial was the best value for the amount of worked we required. Our selection was also a result of the recommendation of neighbours that had work done the year before.
From the initial estimate (George) to the last of the work (soffit, eaves, etc., I can't recall the installers name, but he, like George was a very knowledgeable and very pleasant man), everyone involved cared about the quality and finish.
We would definitely ( and have) recommend Imperial and we would certainly use again.

I had my roof done this summer by Imperial Roofing. With all the fly by night roofing companies out there, it was comforting to deal with a reputable company that offered competitive pricing and quality work. Stephan and his crue were fast and efficient. I would only recommend these guys if you have to get your roof done.

We were in the process of trying to sell our house and had a really tight schedule to repair out roof. Imperial Roofs were quick in providing us a cost effective quote and followed through on the date of installation. There was no issues of any kind. The Representative was very customer focus and communicated well.
I would highly recommend this company to any of my family or friends.

Stephan and his crew provided a first-rate job for us. They arrived on time, completed the job in a timely manner and left our property in a thoroughly spotless condition after the job was completed, in fact they even took some of our garbage we hadn't had time to throw out ourselves yet. The new roof looks great. Stephan always returned my phone calls promptly and dropped by a few days after the job was completed to answer any questions we had. Their price is very competitive. We did end up adding additional items to our roof to amplify the protection but felt it was necessary to do once the project was started.
