Julian and his partner arrived on time and did an exceptional job thoroughly cleaning my gutters. About 1/2 of a yard waste bag of compacted leaves and debris was removed. My gutters can breathe again. Will definitely recommend In2 Blue to my friends and neighbours.

Our initially dealing with Mark at their Mississauga showrooms proved very informative in his knowledge of various garage door mftrs and their products. No pressure, just valuable information on the product lines they represent and on their quality installation and service. We chose Garaga doors and an installation date was arranged. The installation was very professional and efficient. Mark also had his crew install door openers that I had purchased on my own. When the job was done, the old doors, all bits, pieces and debris were gone and the only evidence of the crew were 2 beautiful doors and quiet door openers. Several months later I contacted B & M as I noticed the rubber bottom seal on one of the doors was pinching as it closed. Philip the GM contacted me immediately and arranged service. All is now good. The sign of a great organization such as B & M is great pre-sales, quality installation and great post-sales service.

I needed a new furnace, and called several dealers on Carrier's website. Reliance Home Comfort was one of them. I spoke with the Sales Rep, Tom Gianitsopulos, who provided me with excellent service and informative product information. Visiting my home, Tom did such thorough measurements that he could have been a bespoke suit tailor. He made many helpful recommendations as to how the furnace and drainage should be installed, and the best location for the soon to be installed humidifier. I had done a lot of research on product and pricing, and Tom proved all that research right. Based on what Reliance provided and installed, the pricing was excellent. The installers came on the appointed day and did a very thorough, professional and clean install. The furnace not only looks great in my messy basement, but the few times I've used it so far, it works great and is very quiet. In closing, originally I would never have thought of purchasing from a large 'impersonal' company like Reliance, thinking they would be much more expensive and difficult to work with than the smaller dealer I was originally going to buy from. Tom proved me wrong with his personal and informative service, prompt follow up, and competitive pricing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tom and Reliance to any of my family and friends.

Imperial re-roofed my parents house in Nov 2011. Very competitive pricing, but most important was the quality service right from the start to the finish. Quote, installation, and follow up. Having researched quality materials and installation methods, I was pleasantly surprised when George explained the same even before I asked. We won't be needing another roof for quite a while, so the only ones to benefit from this posting are those that want to deal with reputable people at a reputable company.
