A most professional company from the best written quote package I've seen through to the exemplary cleanup! Crew was on time, professional, thorough with cleanup, with no extras billed. The roof looks great and all my questions were answered. We were most pleased with this company and would recommend them highly.

Completely satisfied with the installation of my new roof. The guys were extremely pleasant and professional. After clean up I did find a couple of nails on my drive. Subsequently I also found one in a flat tire. The tire could not be repaired. I discussed this with Stephan and immediately Stephan came to a resolution whereby he covered the cost of a new tire. No further questions. Stephan thank you so much. What a fantastic company to work with. I will absolutely recommend your company!!!

We were thoroughly surprised by not only the superb work, but also the superb work ethic of this company and its employees. From their prompt and timely arrival to the efficient and professional manner in which the job was carried out, to the very completion of the job, which was ahead of schedule. This crew exhibited extreme care by the steps they took to ensure that the property was thoroughly protected, such as placing plywood sheets over the basement windows and laying tarpaulins over the driveway and work areas, in order to collect nails and any debris. The eaves troughs were also protected from coming into contact with the ladders. All pallets were hoisted onto the roof with a mechanical lifting device and the old shingles were cleanly deposited into their disposal container and hauled away. It was truly a team effort from a professional and well seasoned roofing crew with multiple years of experience. The job site was visited by the owner at the outset, who later followed up with us to en quire about our satisfaction and to finally sign off on the project. We were extremely pleased and satisfied with the quality and efficiency of the work. In addition, Imperial Roofs is substantially competitive from a price perspective and we would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Imperial replaced my roof 5 years ago. The price was competitive . The workmanship excellent - looks great too. Stephan and his crew were efficient, cleaned up nicely and did the work when promised. Last week strong winds tore a large patch of shingles from my roof so I called Stephan who promised to come by that afternoon and have a look. I was expecting him to call me the next day with a quote but was pleasantly surprized to find the roof repaired when I got home from work. The next day when I called to thank them for the excellent service and find out how much I owed I was thrilled to learn that there was no charge. "All under warranty" they said. I am very happy with Imperial's service and professionalism and have already told this story to some of my friends and will no doubt repeat it many more times in the future. I often rely on reviews on the web but this is the first time I have ever written one so I hope that this helps others find good people like Stephan who in my humble opinion truly deserves your patronage.

I had several quotes from some very pushy salesmen before I found Imperial Roofs through a neighbor. The quotes varied from $3200.00 to over $10000.00!
It was very refreshing speaking to Stephan. He was honest and very informative. He answered his calls promply and professionally. He gave me a quote and stuck to it. The job was done when promised and very neatly. Everthing was tarped off and cleaned up when the job was done. Not only did he give me one of the best prices he used top quality materials. My roof looks fantastic. You can tell these guys know what they are doing. I would recommend them to family and friends alike.
