In succession, my old sump pump failed, floor drain in basement quit draining and when sump pump periodically restarted, water level started to rise in ground floor kitchen sinks. I was bailing. Plumber came within 2 hours of the call (faster than the time that I had been given), work all completed to my total satisfaction. Would definitely use them again.

Sump pump failed late evening during spring thaw, water started to overflow. Called DS, they arrived within the hour, replaced sump pump and added valves. Left worksite clean. Very pleasant folks.

My clogged ensuite drain piping and new faucet with blocker were efficiently installed by a knowledgeable Marc Beaudoin. I was also impressed and agreed to the recommended Biological Drain Treatment and maintenance. I recommend their services quite highly!

We had two toilets that kept trickling water into the reservoir...so much so that our consumption of water increase from o.6 metric to 0.7 daily. Ds plumbing replaced the two faulty supply mecanisms and lower the level in the reservoirs
