Marc C arrived at our home on time and worked diligently to install the product that we had purchased from DS Plumbing, after looking at other options. He was thorough, worked quietly and cleaned up each work area prior to completing the job. As Customer Service is a 'rare commodity' these days, the '10' rating we have chosen to give is our reflection of the service provided by DS Plumbing and their Licensed Plumber, Marc C.
