Highly recommend! My home came with a whole home humidifier which stopped working after 3 years of service and looked to Alpha Aire for help. Ken arrived promptly and was very thorough in examining all parts of the humidifier... the controls, valves, connections to the furnace, etc. Very polite, professional and capable.
