The company did not live up to our expectations and we experienced poor customer service, a lack of follow-up and communication. Following an estimate by Jake, we approved the removal of mold and contaminated material from a defective shower on November 11, 2014. Only after repeated follow-up efforts on our part did the work begin on December 1, a poor response given that water damage and mold should be dealt with quickly. Finally, only on December 12, at our request, was the lock box removed from our door and our key returned to us. We found our experience puzzling given the company's high rating on Homestars. Perhaps our job was considered "too small". We would not use the company again.
