From start to finish the service was excellent. The house I now own needs a lot of repairs. I called Best Windows and Doors because I had a good experience with them five years ago. Stefan came to my house shortly after I moved in and made knowledgeable recommendations based on the design of the house and air flow considerations. He thought of a lot of things I would have missed otherwise. The windows and doors were all installed a few days ago. One particular window is HUGE, and yet they managed to carry it out in one piece and get the new one in. Everything was well made and the craftsmanship of the installation was immaculate. They made sure I was consulted for any decisions that needed to be made and explained the options. Ivan and his helper both did such a great job. I also appreciated the clean-up after everything was done. I cannot say enough good things about my new windows and doors.

We recently had a patio door replaced with a 36 inch door and side panel. William was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Very professional. The installers did a terrific job. Made sure we were satisfied with installation before leaving. Could not be more pleased with the service.

We replaced original (1968) Living room window, Dining room window, Sliding patio door and Front Door Entry with low "e" argon gas windows and Steel Door System with keypad deadbolt. Excellent workmanship and professional and pleasant staff to have in the house. Work completed on estimated start date and I could not find any flaws. Highly Recommend. We are getting them back this year to do Soffit, Fascia and Eavestrough we liked them so much.
