Mersey has provided a fine service with our furnace. I don’t have any complaints. A while ago I needed a filter replaced so they did that and they were very polite and professional. I think they’re pretty good in general so I would definitely recommend them.

The previous owner of our house used Mersey Service Experts so we just continued their contract with them for furnace and air conditioning services. Generally, I like them and I’m comfortable with them but I have been finding that they are getting very busy and are often late. In January our furnace stopped working so I called the support line and of course had to wait a while. It took all day to get a part they needed to fix the furnace but it did get done. Also I would say their prices are just okay.

Mersey does furnace and air conditioner checks and tune-ups for me. They’re very good and I haven’t had any problems with their work. They always show up when they say they’re going to and their prices are, overall, not too high. I wouldn’t give them or anyone else a 5/5 but I’m quite satisfied with them.

My wife and I are real fans of Mersey. We’ve been very pleased with them coming to clean and check our water heater,and our furnace, both of which came from Mersey - as did our air conditioner. We've been a Mersey customer for more than 25 years.
We haven’t had any problems and we would certainly recommend Mersey unconditionally.

I called up Mersey in January because I had a concern about our 13 year old furnace. It wasn’t coming on as quickly as it normally would so I placed a call with Mersey Service Experts and a service man came the same day which I was very happy about. He checked it and everything seemed to work fine for him. He said it was probably because of the severe cold - the gas supply through the pipes may be slower than normal. The guy was very, very nice and I’ve always found the staff to be efficient and fast. No problems. I had to pay a fee for the service even though I make a monthly payment, so I’m looking into other packages with this company that might cover visits under the monthly payments. Overall I highly recommend them.

Dealing with Kathy from start to end was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. The technicians were experienced and prompt. I have no complaints. Nice personal touches from Kathy--handwritten thank you note and even a little xmas gift for my son. Great personable service!
