AC maintenance for the coming summer season . Work was well structured and executed . Very satisfied .

The technician (Cory Latino) was very competent and efficient. I also found him to be very friendly and courteous. I am very happy with the service provided by Mersey Service Experts.

The servicing involved changing the air filter, checking the unit inside and outside and running the the airconditioning unit.

Thomas, the service technician was thorough, punctual, clean, polite, and very informative. He explained what he was doing at each step in the process and my wife and I are able to sleep easy knowing that all is well with our gas equipment.

No heat so the thermostat was checked as was all the parts of the furnace and the problem was found and remedied.

Ticket #0110321 - the service technician (Cory) arrived when he said he would, did a thorough job and explained it all very well, he also replaced the furnace filter which was not part of the service contract but it was needed so I appreciated that. I also need duct cleaning so he contacted a service that Mersey recommends which was also very helpful. Overall I am very pleased with the service that Mersey has provided since I first contacted them last year when my air conditioner stopped working.

They arrived late. Once there had cigarette, said couldn't find leak, would need to rip apart ceiling and didn't care family had no heat. Went elsewhere and found leak immediately. They called back and reimbursed me afterward.

Cory was efficient, courteous and articulate. He explained the work that was done and answered my questions. He called ahead and arrived on time.

John installed and set up the new thermostat and went over the operation of it. He was very helpful.
