Corey did a great job and was very friendly. He took his time when doing the work, and explained the process as he completed the job. We are confident to run our A/C this season knowing it has been inspected thoroughly.

Inspection and cleaning was done to our satisfaction and he answered all our questions. He explained certain functions of the unit and made helpful recommendations. We were well pleased with his work.

Zhao cleaned motorfan and changed capacitor. Also cleaned a.c. and replaced the cspacitor there as well.

The installers Berlin and Anthony were very knowledgeable, helpful and went above and byond. These are the 2 guys you want doing your install. There has been a glitch with getting the wifi portion of the thermostat working however John has been with me every step of the way !

Very professional! Cory explained everything he was doing - plus written summary of what was good or might require replacement in the future.
We have been using Mersey ever since they installed our new HVAC system more than 10 years ago. Solid dependable people!

The person who came to perform the service was very thorough, courteous and efficient. He arrived within the two hour time frame that had been arranged, and called 20 minutes prior to arriving. My only concern is that I had made prior appointments with Mersey that they failed to honour. Apart from that, I would recommend them as being a good service provider.

Dave was on time, checked the AC, changed the furnace filter and the batteries in the thermostat... did a great job and booked our next appointment. Also advised the AC is getting old maybe time to replace, I said.. when it dies.

Cory came to our house for this job. He was polite, attentive, professional, and had excellent communication skills. He was efficient - but still thorough - with his work. We were entirely satisfied and hope its him who comes back next year for the same job.
