After having a repair done several months ago, we called back Mersey to rectify the same problem again, John gave us the knowledge and expertise we were hoping for. He discovered things that were not properly done by the installer, not Mersey and with simple rectification will be making things more efficient. He was prompt, friendly and efficient. Would recommend him back to our home anytime.
Having gone through rough summers of heat, we always depended on our air conditioner to relieve us. This past week we were hit with one of the hottest days on record for 5 days straight. Of course this was the time our air conditioner decided to fail. John happened to be taking a holiday and we didn't want the work done by anyone else. We struggled for a week without air conditioning and it was a challenge. After waiting a week, John and Pat came to the rescue. They were prompt, neat and thorough. We are very pleased with the service provided and John was a delight to have in our home. Replaced evaporator coil and installed a wireless thermostat. He took the time to explain our new thermostat and got everything up and running again. Tonight we will sleep with ease.
