Technician came out for an appointment I booked 5 days in advance. He basically did very little work before concluding additional test were required, although he said he couldn’t perform the tests because he’s too busy. What a waste of time and money. Terrible service. I’m going with a different company to do the tests.

Cory Latino came by today to do our annual service on our air conditioner. Best service person ever! Arrived happy and was very thorough going over everything. Really appreciated his visit!

Fantastic service. Called Monday morning when nothing worked - furnance or a/c. Came that afternoon. Great service technician. Explained everything in terms I could understand yet never talked down to me. Such great service we signed up for annual furnance cleaning.

We were scheduled for our annual maintenance between 10 and 2 last Friday. Cody called at 9:30 saying he was ready if it suited us. This was the first of many times that he was accommodating. He was efficient, thorough, capable and informative. Courteous and patient, he answered all my questions and explained all his procedures; I now have a better understanding of exactly how HVAC systems work, and the reasons that their maintenance program protects one's investment.

We have complete confidence in Cody. He is a great representative for Mersey and speaks well for the company.

Had Corey Latino from Mersey do our annual check up. Explained every step thoroughly. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Thorough cleaning of A/C.

He even mentioned that my neighbor still had the winter board above his A/C while it was running.

We have a service contract with Mersey for the furnace and AC maintenance. The new furnace/AC was installed by Mersey a couple years ago and we continued with a service contract. The technican, Cory Latino, was great! He showed up on time, took the time to explain what he was doing and why; made sure that everything was cleaned, vacuumed and in good condition. Noted everything on the invoice with reminders to change the filters etc. Definitely will continue to use Mersey!

John Park serviced my home AC & furnace this morning and he did a superb job on both. John explained what I needed to do in case of a power outage and he also identified a leak from my upstairs bathroom which I was not aware of. John arrived on time for our appointment, he was very courteous and was effective in his communications.... always with a friendly smile. Thank YOU John!!
