We were scheduled for our annual maintenance between 10 and 2 last Friday. Cody called at 9:30 saying he was ready if it suited us. This was the first of many times that he was accommodating. He was efficient, thorough, capable and informative. Courteous and patient, he answered all my questions and explained all his procedures; I now have a better understanding of exactly how HVAC systems work, and the reasons that their maintenance program protects one's investment. We have complete confidence in Cody. He is a great representative for Mersey and speaks well for the company.
