Cory Latino, a service representative from Mersey visited our home recently and did our yearly care and review. This young man is quite an asset to your company. He was polite, knowledgable and eager to make sure that we understood what he would be doing and how our furnace and a/c was doing. My husband asked if he could accompany Cory while he did his work and he seemed quite pleased and took the opportunity to show my husband some hints to keep everything working at peak efficiency. He also discovered that an humidifier we had installed on the furnace this last winter was not working the way it should and told us it would be a good idea to notify the person who installed it to check it out. Thanks Cory - good eye and good advice as the machine was faulty!!.
